This package presents the systems biology and functional biology applications of the MAB–ST (Markó–Anna–Beáta Set Theory) relational set-theoretic framework. The documents do not introduce new biological theories, mechanistic explanations, or predictive models. Instead, they provide a meta-level interpretative and structural framework for the analysis of complex living systems. In this context, MAB–ST offers an abstract relational structure that enables the structured comparison and coherent interpretation of heterogeneous biological models (e.g., molecular networks, cellular dynamical models, regulatory architectures, functional state spaces) within a common relational space. The framework does not replace established systems biology modeling approaches, experimental methodologies, or biological theories. Rather, it supports the explicit articulation of conceptual and structural relations between different modeling paradigms. The files included in this package are not assembled in a random manner. The documents build upon each other, and to avoid misinterpretations, it is recommended to consult the general interpretative and applicative frameworks of MAB–ST together with the usage constraints specified in the corresponding appendices. The present package should not be understood as an independent biological model or as an applicable predictive tool, but as the systems biology and functional biology application domain of the general relational perspective offered by MAB–ST.
