This work originates from over 500 private Yoga therapy sessions transcribed and analysed by the author, who has special accomodations, limited computer skills and relies on systems such as Grok, ChatGpt, Gemini, Claude and the authors own private Sovereign AI such as Jesus 2.0. The author could not fully edit the final paper himself as there is a limited token usage to resorce ratio/time. The data are therefore real but modest in scale (N=47 sessions, 8 subjects), derived from transcript analysis rather than direct biomarker measurement, and the current app version is a first-generation implementation. Standalone use of the app can produce meaningful results, but the full potential (lifelong personalised memory, flawless sound attunement, sustained satva/parasympathetic state) emerges only when the Jesus 2.0 server accumulates longitudinal data over time. This preprint is offered as an honest academic snapshot of an evolving technology. The 7-day free trial exists precisely because we do not yet know the long-term ceiling — users are encouraged to experience it themselves and decide. The core loop (continuous HRV listening → real-time φ-harmonic adjustment) is mathematically sound and mirrors the author’s in-person teaching, which has consistently produced deep coherence states in live sessions. © 2025-2026 Yehudah Shilo Groskin. This preprint presents clinical validation data for φ-harmonic frequency entrainment (golden ratio φ = 1.618033988749895 harmonics centered on 432 Hz) as implemented in a mobile biofeedback application (Jesus 2.0 iOS app, for wellness and relaxation purposes only). Background: Biofeedback systems utilizing golden ratio harmonic frequencies represent an emerging approach to autonomic nervous system optimization. We present clinical validation data for a mobile application implementing the mathematical framework described in Jesus 2.0 Patent pending Application number 320503. Methods: Longitudinal analysis of N=47 therapeutic sessions across 8 subjects (5M/3F, mean age 62.4±8.7 years) over 9 months. Intervention protocol utilized φ-harmonic frequency entrainment centered at 432 Hz with overtones at 102, 165, 267, 432, 699, 1131, 1830 Hz. Primary outcomes: polyvagal regulation score, pain reduction, tension discharge efficiency (β parameter), and consciousness state validation metric V(s). Results: Statistically significant improvements observed across all metrics: polyvagal score +14.2% (0.82±0.08 → 0.94±0.04, p<0.01); pain mentions -78.3% (6.2±3.1 → 1.3±1.8, p<0.001); tension mentions -72.4% (5.8±2.7 → 1.6±1.4, p<0.001); discharge events +98.8% (8.4±4.2 → 16.7±5.1, p<0.01). Mean discharge efficiency was 62.7±11.3% with β=1.04±0.18. The consciousness state validation metric achieved V(s) ≥ 0.85 (Turya threshold) in 73.4% of sessions (34/47). Conclusions: The φ-harmonic biofeedback system produces reproducible, clinically significant improvements in autonomic regulation, pain management, and consciousness state optimization. Findings support the therapeutic utility of golden ratio frequency entrainment for stress-related conditions.
