This paper presents a disciplined conceptual framework for understanding time as a shared temporal field within which agents participate locally through cyclical structures. It distinguishes universal (container) time from agent-local temporal progression and formalizes cycle migration as a bounded, non-relativistic process that advances an agent’s stabilized position within recurring cycles without altering universal chronology or causality. We introduce precise definitions for Individual Local Cycle Migration (ILCM) and Synchronized Local Cycle Migration (SLCM), clarify the roles of synchronization and re-synchronization, and separate migration from suspension and re-entry. The framework explicitly rejects spacetime traversal, physical time dilation, and identity persistence claims, while preserving worldline continuity. This clarification resolves common confusions between lived temporal advancement and clock time, providing a reusable vocabulary for interdisciplinary research across philosophy of time, systems theory, and human development.
