Nonstrabismic binocular vision disorders affect the coordination between focusing and eye alignment mechanisms without any visible squint and may reduce visual performance, comfort, and academic efficiency. This hospital-based cross-sectional study included 383 participants aged 15–35 years who had best-corrected distance vision of 6/9 and near vision of N6. Participants were grouped according to their refractive status as emmetropic, ametropic, or anisometropic. Standard binocular vision tests and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development Quality of Life questionnaire were used for assessment. Nonstrabismic binocular vision disorders were found in 90.3% of participants. Convergence insufficiency was the most common finding (27.4%), especially among those with astigmatism, and accommodative infacility occurred in 11.2%. Increasing age significantly reduced accommodative amplitude, while gender and refractive status had no significant influence. The high frequency of these disorders highlights the importance of early screening and timely intervention in young adults.
