We complete the 5D warped Theory of Everything (ToE) by deriving the mass spectrumand coupling constants of the Kaluza-Klein (KK) graviton tower. Using the establishedwarp factor kL = 38.44, we predict the first spin-2 gravitational resonance (G(1)) at amass of 1.52 TeV. We demonstrate that while the zero mode graviton remains coupled atthe Planck scale (1019 GeV), the KK-excitations are localized near the IR brane, leadingto TeV-scale gravitational interactions. This provides a testable threshold for QuantumGravity and offers a geometric explanation for the weakness of gravity. The detection ofthese resonances would serve as the definitive confirmation of the 5D warped architectureof the universe.
