Description This document establishes non-ionic, non-reactive molecular identity as a structural admissibility condition for functional materials operating as fuels, lubricants, coolants, and storage or transport media. The analysis is non-constructive and does not disclose any compositions, molecular structures, formulations, additives, stabilizers, inhibitors, processing methods, or operating parameters. Instead, it formalizes a boundary condition under which a material claiming chemical compatibility, long-term stability, or infrastructure deployability must exhibit intrinsic chemical passivity at the identity level. This condition excludes reliance on ionic dissociation, acid/base pathways, peroxide formation, radical auto-reactivity, or reactive motifs requiring operational suppression. The framework constrains patentability at the level of enablement, inventive step, and industrial applicability and applies uniformly across functional media domains.
