Abstract

This repository contains the raw datasets used for the statistical analyses presented in the manuscript. The Excel file includes: The dataset used for statistical analysis. The raw respiratory data exported from the NM3 monitor and subsequently processed using ICULab software. For each animal (row), the reported values represent the mean of 10–50 consecutive breaths obtained under stable ventilatory conditions after final ventilator settings had been established as explaned in the materials and methods section of the manuscript.
