FGF1 promotes tumor progression and impairs oxaliplatin's therapeutic efficacy by activating the FGFR signaling pathway, while also inducing neuropathic injury. Notably, combining oxaliplatin with FGFR inhibitors enhances antitumor efficacy and alleviates oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neuropathy (OIPN) symptoms.
