Statement of the problem. When developing high-tech mixtures, it is important to conduct research in the direction of improving quality indicators through the use of a mineral modifier based on large-tonnage alumosilicate raw materials, capable of fully or partially assuming compliance with the requirements for shrinkage deformation and pedestrian time. Results. The effect of various types of aluminosilicate raw materials on water consumption and shrinkage deformation was studied. Based on the tests performed and the analysis of the data obtained, adjustments to the nominal composition of the mortar mixture using a mineral modifier based on alumosilicate raw materials are proposed. Tests have shown that the adjusted formulations exceed the nominal composition in the parameters studied. At the same time, an analysis of the kinetics of hardening of mortar mixtures shows that a reduction in walking time was achieved by increasing the strength index. Conclusions. The composition of the mineral modifier was selected, when added to the composition of the self–leveling floor mixture, the following results were obtained: compressive strength — 43.7 MPa, which exceeds the nominal composition by 28 %; reduction of walking time from 36 to 16 hours; reduction of shrinkage deformation from 1.87 to 1.44 mm/m.
