Objectives: The objective is to evaluate joint involvement and disability status among children with hemophilia in Southern Rajasthan. Material and Methods: This cross-sectional observational study was conducted at the Department of Pediatrics, RNT Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan. A total of 66 children with hemophilia were evaluated for joint involvement and disability status using clinical examination and medical records. Statistical significance was assessed using the Chi-square test, with P < 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: The knee joint was the most commonly affected (75.8%, P < 0.001), followed by ankle (31.8%), shoulder (16.7%), elbow (16.7%), and hip (4.5%). Overall, 44 of 66 patients (66.7%) had documented disability, which was statistically significant ( P = 0.037). Conclusions: Knee arthropathy remains the most frequent joint manifestation in children with hemophilia in Southern Rajasthan, leading to significant disability. Early prophylaxis and comprehensive care are essential to reduce hemophilic arthropathy and disability burden.
