Informational State Differentiation (ISD) and CAPE: A Framework for Emergent Spacetime and Gravitational Dynamics

This paper presents an updated and unified theoretical framework in which spacetime and gravity emerge from the differentiation of informational states, governed by the CAPE principles (Consistency, Agency, Persistence, Evolution). Gravity is interpreted as the geometric manifestation of informational compression, while mass arises as an emergent property of differentiated informational density. We define the informational stress-energy tensor IμνI_Iμν, derive generalized field equations including the post-Newtonian limit, formalize galactic rotation curves without invoking dark matter, and explain the emergence of Lorentzian metric signature from Fisher geometry. Additionally, we propose experimental protocols using Quantum Fisher Information to measure local informational density, predicting observable deviations from General Relativity in high-complexity systems and atomic clock measurements, providing falsifiable opportunities to test the theory.
