This project contains the preprint and supporting materials for the paper “Non-Responsive Order as a Systems Constraint,” which proposes an information-theoretic and systems-theoretic model of translation regimes and meaning fixation under feedback-absent conditions. The framework models interpretive systems as translation mappings without corrective higher-order feedback and defines structural limit regimes using entropy ratios and constraint operators. The work provides formal definitions, measurable regime indicators, and testable predictions across institutional and computational systems. Version: 1.0 preprint for priority record and journal submission preparation. Author: Yuichi Fujiki (Independent Researcher) ORCID: 0009-0002-9746-4700
