Preprint: This work is a preprint, has not undergone peer review, and is made publicly available to establish a public scientific record. This manuscript establishes a structural limitation within the audit-fixed intervention framework. It shows that unique reconstruction on a chosen description space cannot be treated as a neutral default consequence of increased intervention access when the audit-induced outcome partition remains invariant under admissible extensions. The result is purely protocol-level and introduces no dynamics, ontological commitments, or mechanism reconstruction. It clarifies the logical boundary between intervention access and representational admissibility under neutrality. related to: Foundations of Intervention Consistency: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18495497 and Definition of the GIT Test: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18499822 Correspondence regarding this work may be directed to:kaya@cab-film.com
