Abstract This paper discusses the structure of turbulence, categorizing it into elementary structures and composite structures, while also outlining the discovery processes of these structures. It strives to present the different viewpoints regarding their formation, with a focus on describing their dynamic roles in the process of turbulence formation. This paper does not critique past interpretations, as researchers at the time had limited and possibly one-sided evidence. The author also presents an own understanding of the physical processes and dynamic relationships involved in the formation of these structures, offering reasonable explanations for these processes.
