This work introduces a structural reproducibility model within the URMC (Universal Regularized Metric Cascade) framework and Interpretive Engineering methodology. The manuscript formalizes a threshold condition under which a food system can reproduce itself across production cycles without relying on continuous external seed inputs. Unlike conventional food security analyses focused on availability and distribution, this framework distinguishes between static supply and dynamic regeneration capacity. The model integrates: Energy demand formalization Seed regeneration coefficients Climate stress response Soil and water constraints Stochastic uncertainty modeling Computational implementation The framework is theoretical, non-political, and non-normative. It does not propose policy reforms and does not engage in governance analysis. It provides a structural analytical lens for evaluating systemic resilience and reproducibility.
