This paper defines a quantitative criterion for identifying the presence of a viscous fermionic medium (psi-field) using high-resolution X-ray spectroscopy data from the XRISM mission. The Fermionic Universe Hypothesis (FUH) postulates that space-time is a physical medium with a non-zero viscosity (eta) and a characteristic fermion mass (mₚsi). Near supermassive objects, this medium reaches peak density, leading to anomalous energy dissipation of traversing photons.
