This repository provides a Python program to solve a dynamical sytem of mixed-type functional differential equations (MFDEs) using the idea of homotopy continuation. The dynamical system appears in the paper published in Lin (2018). The descriptions of the the dynamical system and the homotopy continuation algorithm are available in the github repository: https: //github. com/hwanclin/HomotopyMFDEs To run the Python program, you will need to download and place the two source files in the same folder, and then execute the driver (main. py).
