Abstract This consensus guidelines document is a collaborative effort by a panel of interventional radiologists from India. It defines the criteria for selecting appropriate patients, outlines the standard techniques for performing conventional chemoembolization cTACE, and establishes a consistent framework for the evaluation and follow-up of treated patients. By adopting these standardized practices, the authors seek to harmonize the cTACE procedure across various healthcare settings, ultimately contributing to improved patient care, optimized resource utilization, and enhanced clinical outcomes.
