As technology advances, the volume of knowledge to be learned increases, requiring educational programs to be continuously updated to ensure efficient learning. Conversely, the marine field remains relatively invisible, making it challenging to capture the interest of young people and highlighting the need for proactive educational initiatives. This paper presents an educational program implemented at Kobe City College of Technology using the educational underwater robot Careless Handy-size Vehicle for Industrial Study (CHVIS), targeting learners from preschool age to junior college students to foster interest in the marine field. This paper introduces the design concept of CHVIS and reports on the results and analysis of the educational program.
