This report presents the findings of questionnaire survey conducted to clarify the actual state of wall formwork construction using plywood sideways. The survey examined the current construction practices, the number of times plywood is reused, and common defects. The results indicate that despite rising material and labor costs due to defect prevention measures, the construction contract unit price often remains unchanged. This suggests that the financial burden on formwork contractors may be increasing. Additionally, the survey found that when selecting the construction method, design considerations are often prioritized. This may lead to formwork deformation and defects in the finished concrete.
