This study proposes an evaluation method for indoor thermal environments using building envelope performance metrics. Through simulation analysis, the research establishes correlations between UA values and temperature differences affecting thermal comfort. Results demonstrated that Grade 7 insulation achieves ISO7730 Category A comfort at standard temperatures, with overall envelope performance having greater impact than individual component performance.
