Guidance is a comprehensive process designed to assist students in their personal, social, and educational development. It is not merely about giving advice, but about providing a framework that allows students to understand themselves better and navigate their environments effectively. Since the inception of the formal education system, students have consistently faced diverse challenges. Wherever such problems exist, there is an inherent need for guidance. Objective: To study the vocational guidance needs of students at the secondary level. Methodology: A questionnaire was developed, and data was collected using the cluster sampling method. Statistical analysis was performed using a t-test. Findings: Statistical analysis suggests that the need for vocational guidance can vary by demographic. For example, secondary-level female students have been shown to have a significantly higher need for vocational guidance (M = 77.74) compared to male students (M = 69.84).The study concludes that female students have a significantly higher need for guidance compared to male students.
