Abstract This paper proposes Bian's Unified Field Theory of Everything (BUTF) with Fundamental Pure Energy as the sole underlying ontology of the universe, constructing a universal unified physical framework covering 「Fundamental Pure Energy-Information-Fundamental Field-Quantization-Matter-Temperature-Force-Spacetime」 and establishing its core mathematical formulation—the Bian Unified Field Equation. The theory addresses foundational physical questions such as the origin of quantization, the condensation of pure energy into matter, the physical nature of information, and the emergence of spacetime from an ontological perspective. Through the First Principle (the Generative Principle), it reveals the generative mechanism of all cosmic entities; through the Second Principle (the Steady-State Principle), it clarifies the stability law of all cosmic structures.
