Abstract

Version 12.0 formalizes the Torsional Floor (Rmin), the geometric limit that prevents gravitational singularity at the 124.83 Gyr reset (t = 0). By identifying the 0.35◦ cosmicbirefringence as a Minimum Torsional Offset, we demonstrate that the S3 manifold undergoes an isentropic (S = 0) inversion rather than a density collapse. This version defines the specific Falsifiability Matrix and proposes a Local Torsional Resonance Protocol for empirical laboratory verification of the NRS Protocol.
