The Vectorial Flow Cosmology (VFC) provides a unified framework where all physical constants and forces are derived from the dynamics of a stationary superfluid substrate known as Dark Matter (DM). This paper provides a numerical derivation of the Gravitational Constant (G) with 98. 6% accuracy. Furthermore, we resolve the wave-particle duality paradox by proposing that light consists of stationary particles within the DM, appearing as waves due to the observer's motion (H₀).
