Multiple sclerosis (MS), solely presenting as fluctuating hearing loss in children, is extremely rare. A 7-year-old male child presented with fluctuating deafness is reported who was treated with steroids and put on intermittent methylcobalamin and Vitamin D in low doses. He is under continuous follow-up, and was symptom-free for the last 2 years. The aim of this case report is to apprise the fraternity to keep this diagnosis in mind in fluctuating hearing loss, even in a child, for proper management.
