Analyzed the psychological impact of AI-driven management on workforce proactivity. Applying Self-Determination Theory, I explored the "Motivation Paradox"—where algorithmic efficiency inadvertently erodes employee autonomy and intrinsic drive. I developed the "Collaborative Autonomy" model, identifying the critical boundary between AI as an empowering tool versus a restrictive supervisor. This research proposes strategies for future leaders to integrate AI into organizations without compromising human creativity, completing my trilogical study on the intersection of AI, behavioral economics, and human agency in modern business.
