This document presents the formal axiomatic foundation of the Warped Information Number(WIN) Framework, a deterministic substrate-level theory that redefines all physical observablesas information dynamics on a closed, finite capacity N = 64 Majorana fermion lattice. By partitioning the lattice into a visible sector (V48) and a hidden reservoir (H16), we demonstrate thatthe SO(5) symmetry of the substrate naturally embeds the Standard Model gauge group whileproviding a purely information theoretic origin for mass, charge, and gravity. All MKS/SI unitsare derived as emergent projections of three primitives: Mutual Information Overlap (δImut),Code Distance (dcode), and Persistence Depth (τWIN). We provide the master variational actionLWIN and demonstrate that 20th century physics emerges as a high density computational limitof this substrate.
