Pe is linear in K (spins per agent) ; the critical constraint ccrit (K) asymptotes to bₐlpha/bgamma=0. 387, setting a hardware resolution limit above which SOUL. md-equivalent grounding fails. At K=22, AI-GG grounding is insufficient. Registers five falsifiable predictions with numerical thresholds.
