This deposition provides a fully reproducible analysis package investigating whether observable optical phase structure is better described as stable informational coherence (phase-locked organization) rather than a purely classical transport narrative. The package includes processed, analysis-ready CSV datasets, the complete analysis pipeline, reproducible figures and tables, empirical null tests with p-values, and cryptographic SHA256 hashes for independent verification.
