Abstract

Presents the ninth independent convergence of the Void Framework across four public health sub-domains unified by a single mechanism: R-dimension collapse in institutions of epistemic trust. Introduces two new THRML mathematical structures: (1) the developmental window ODE for time-integral Pe exposure; (2) the two-layer multiplicative coupling theorem, which proves super-additivity when both regulatory layers enter the void state. Empirical Pe landmark: dual regulatory void Pe=52.9 exceeds OxyContin (43.9) and CJNG (45.0).
