This poster presents the scientific and technical outcomes of NAPMIX, a project developing a harmonised, FAIR-compliant metadata framework for experimental nuclear physics. The NAPMIX architecture introduces a layered metadata model separating core, dataset-level, and experiment-specific metadata, enabling infrastructure-independent metadata management and long-term reuse. Key contributions include a formal Schema Versioning and Property ID specification ensuring controlled schema evolution and backward compatibility, as well as structured mappings to international standards such as DataCite, NeXus, and OpenPMD. The framework is implemented as an open, forkable platform using a Django-based backend and React frontend, supporting metadata generation and structured experiment documentation.
