Abstract Neurocysticercosis is the most common parasitic infection of the central nervous system. It is one of the leading causes of adult-onset epilepsy worldwide. We report a case of bilateral sixth nerve palsy secondary to neurocysticercosis involving the dorsal pons. This case report highlights the uncommon location of cysticercosis and the rare presentation of bilateral sixth nerve palsy.
