Nasapaka is the Ayurvedic disease of the Nose it is Corelated with Mordern nasal vestibullitis. Nasal vestibulitis is inflammatry condition affecting the nasal vestibule region. ofenly seen after prasal discharge, tauma & increase by predisposory factors like rhinitis, sinusitis, staphylococcus aurus is the primary caustive orgganism .clinically Acute condition the symptoms seen in Patient with redness, swelling & crusting & in chronic condition the fissure formation is seen in the Nasal vestibulitis treatment the local Application of Antiobiotic ointments & in chronic stage the Cauterizaton is done. In Ayurveda Nasapaka disease in Pitta & Rakta Dosha seen so in the management of nasapaka the piita dosha reducing treatment is give . In this case study 6 year old male patient having symptoms of Nasapaka and management of nasapaka with ayurvedic treatment lepa local application of Panchvalkal churna with water is done for 7 days continue the management is successfully done
