Abstract Weill-Marchesani syndrome is a rare genetic condition. It occurs in one in 100,000 of the population. Presently, there is no universally accepted treatment modality. Removal of the microspherophakic lens is recommended to control intraocular pressure and increase vision. Clinicians should be aware of patients presenting with high myopia who have a narrow anterior chamber but no myopic retinopathy. The differential diagnoses are Ectopia Lentis, Homocystinuria, and Marfan syndrome.
