This preprint introduces a systems-level model of subjecthood within the framework of Human System Architecture (HSA). The paper proposes that the observer should be conceptualized not as an ontological entity, but as a regime of dynamic integration emerging when predictive, regulatory, and executive processes reach a structural threshold of coherence. The work formulates the principle of asymmetry between operational configuration and observer regimes, describes nonlinear phase dynamics of observer transitions, and introduces the possibility of fragmented and context-dependent stabilization. The framework aims to bridge predictive processing, complexity science, and the study of human agency through an architectural lens.
