This preprint proposes a unified framework mapping the entire frequency spectrum (infrasound to gamma rays) onto a dimensional transition scale, using sonoluminescence as the physical model for cross-domain energy transitions. The framework organizes 10 frequency bands across 5 analytical layers (physical, chemical, neural, spiritual, dimensional) and identifies 5 transition points where energy is compressed beyond a critical threshold and re-emitted in the next domain. Version 2.0 introduces 7 integrative nodes: (1) water as universal transducer, (2) 40 Hz as discrete consciousness frame rate, (3) DNA as broadband fractal antenna, (4) the THz gap as technological blind spot at domain transitions, (5) absence of auditory eyelid as indicator of privileged dimensional access, (6) distinction between amplification and dimensional compression in sonoluminescence, (7) toroidal topology closing the scale from Planck frequency back to infrasound. Three experimental protocols are proposed. Physical, chemical, and neural layers cite peer-reviewed sources. Dimensional and spiritual layers are explicitly speculative.
