This paper 33 extends that thesis: hydrogen is not merely the first stable baryonic structure — hydrogen is the carrier of informational constraints of structure. Analysis shows that all structures exhibiting measurable memory function — stable retention of state that influences future system dynamics — share one common characteristic: the presence of hydrogen.
