This working paper formalises the operational deployment of the Paton System as a domain-neutral admissibility protocol. Rather than introducing new operators or extending the foundational spine, the paper demonstrates how existing Paton tools function as a repeatable procedural framework for evaluating system continuation under constraint. The protocol consists of predictor application, admissibility gating, boundary proximity measurement, amplification stability evaluation, and viability certification. Cross-domain demonstrations show structural invariance across mathematical, physical, organisational, and computational systems. The work functions as a Tier-6 to Tier-7 bridge within the Paton System architecture.
