This study explores the effectiveness of the Wheel of Life as a coaching tool in the Middle East, examining its impact on happiness and client outcomes amid cultural challenges. Analyzed using SPSS 27, findings indicate that financial and career factors significantly influence the Wheel of Life-happiness connection (p = 0.006). However, the hypothesis that the Wheel of Life effectively achieves life balance and positive outcomes was rejected (p = 0.067). The need for cultural modifications to address challenges was accepted (p = 0.049), suggesting that while Wheel of Life has some relevance, it may not fully meet the needs of clients in the Middle Eastern context.
