This paper proposes a unified theoretical framework connecting quantum gravitational effectswith macroscopic rotational dynamics of celestial bodies. I demonstrate that the universal rotationof astronomical objects stems from the necessary release of core potential energy into rotationalkinetic energy, creating a bridge between quantum-scale phenomena and cosmic-scale dynamics. Thetheory is supported by reanalysis of LIGO data, which confirms the absence of an observable energyanomaly in 4D spacetime, thereby strengthening the hypothesis that excess energy is transferredvia quantum channels into hidden dimensions. This work resolves a critical conceptual gap ingravitational energetics.
