Background: Rising resistance to standard antimicrobials underscores the need for safer, natural options. Polyherbal formulations enhance efficacy through synergistic plant combinations. Aim: This study aimed to evaluate a polyherbal hydrogel and assess its antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, supported by molecular docking. Methods: Selected ethnomedicinal plants were authenticated and screened for phytochemicals. Extracts (0.1–0.5%) were incorporated into hydrogels. Antimicrobial, antibiofilm, and antioxidant activities were evaluated. AutoDock’s Vina.4.2 was used for docking. Results: The hydrogel showed effective inhibition (MIC: 56.8 µg/ml, 66.8 µg/ml), 65–70% antibiofilm activity, and strong antioxidant potential. Conclusion: The formulation showed promising antimicrobial and antioxidant effects.
