Diese Studie behandelt die Notwendigkeit zirkulärer und nachhaltiger Wertschöpfungsketten in der Fahrradindustrie und schlägt das erste strukturierte Konzept eines digitalen Produktpasses (DPP) für Aluminium-Fahrradrahmen vor. Basierend auf einer Stakeholder-Mapping, einer systematischen Literaturrecherche und Experteninterviews umfasst das Rahmenwerk 62 Datenpunkte in vier Kategorien: Rahmenspezifikationen, Diagnostik und Wartung, Nachhaltigkeit und Zirkularität sowie Akteure der Wertschöpfungskette. Vier Anwendungsfälle zeigen, wie DPPs Transparenz, Lebenszyklusmanagement und Zirkularität verbessern können.
