Because extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKL) carries a poor prognosis, early diagnosis and treatment are necessary. Patients with ENKL often present with complaints of nasal obstruction and epistaxis, but the disease lacks characteristic features, which often complicates definitive diagnosis. In this report, we describe a case of ENKL that was diagnosed with difficulty.
