Abstract

This deliverable "Mapping of European severe accident facilities" compiles and analyses the feedbacks of European research institutions running experimental facilities in the severe accident domain. Identified European research institutions have received a questionnaire defined commonly by SEAKNOT partners. The filled questionnaire has been collected and categorized according to SEAKNOT project methodology: it includes description of the facilities and a focus on main phenomena addressed by research programs, reactor types addressed by experimental programs, experimental programs addressing ATF, experimental programs addressing SMR-issues and experimental programs with critical conditions (man-power, experimental knowledge competence loss in the next 5 years). In this way, this deliverable gives a clear status of the mapping of European severe accident facilities in 2023.
