This work establishes the minimal ontological foundation of matter within Spatum Theory. It defines the structural constraints, core concepts, and explicit falsification criteria governing the stability of fundamental vibrational modes of a single physical substrate (the Spatum). The work is intentionally ontological and foundational. It does not present phenomenological models, numerical simulations, or experimental tests. Its purpose is to fix the conceptual core of the theory, upon which subsequent modular works—addressing derived mechanisms, extensions, and empirical confrontations—will be developed, without altering the underlying ontology established here.
