This paper introduces a substrate‑first cosmological framework in which the universe emerges through geometric nucleation within the MID substrate. Geometry is not fundamental but condenses as a finite bubble when chaotic substrate oscillations cross a coherence threshold. The model preserves the hot early conditions required for structure formation while eliminating the need for a singularity or infinite spacetime. Rogue‑wave tension dynamics within the bubble explain early supermassive structures. While the mechanism allows for multiple nucleation events, the framework explicitly excludes parallel‑world branching. This work focuses on the formation and evolution of our universe as a single coherence‑bounded region.
