Dermatologic microbiota studies are limited, however skin microbiota despite that exhibits a significant participation in dermatitis diagnosis. Similar to humanbeing, dogs are also innate hosts to an assembling of skin microbiogerography (i.e., bacteria, fungi, viruses, mites). Conjointly, aforementioned organisms make up cutaneous microbiota belonging the host. Alteration among skin microbiota ingredient are under rinvestigation for participation during health/disease conditions though dermatology. In the present study the aim was to investigate clinical efficacy of Heterologue Skin Microbiota Transplantation (hSmT) to tbhose of dogs with several different dermatological diseases. This treatment modality was hypothesized as a natural substitiution of cutaneous microbiogeopraphy from healthy tissue to diseased ones, appearently translocated from healthy donor to diseased dogs. From archive for both healed (recovered) or entirely healthy dogs we selected 12 donor for HsMt application. which served for 106 dogs diseased and participated at this study. Diagnostic tree evolved necessary or relevant tests. Persuasive diagnosis at initial diagnosis were Miscellaneous diseases (n=18), Sarcoptic mange (n=14), Atopic dermatitis (n=23), Pyoderma (n=19), Canine Visceral Leishmaniasis (n=8), Hypothyroidism (n=5), Alopecia x (n=11), Dermatomyositis (n=2) and Cutaneous adverse food reaction (n=6). Skin microbiota transplantation methodology was similar to previous description. Prior to and thereafter clinical scoring were deemed available for alopecia, crusting, erythema, hyperpigmentation, pruritus, comedon and epidermal collarete, revelaed all significant alterations (p=0.000) and clinical recovery. Median number of hSmT application was ranged between 2 to 6 sessions. Treatment success ranged between 62 to 100%, depending on different diseases involved. In conclusion hSmT is natural and probably a prominent therapeutical approach for battling dermatological disorders.
