This paper examines the historical consciousness, political relevance, and ideological awakening in the thoughts of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar. It analyzes Savarkar’s contributions as an intellectual, revolutionary, and social reformer, with particular focus on Hindutva, nationalism, social reform, and his interpretation of the 1857 uprising. Using historical research methodology and comparative analysis, the study highlights the contemporary relevance of Savarkar’s ideas in addressing issues of cultural identity, social justice, and national cohesion.
