This work presents ψ-Retentive Field Theory (ψ-RFT) — a unified scientific framework describing how physical, cosmological, informational, and pre-biological systems preserve structural difference (Δψ) even when conventional dynamical evolution weakens or disappears. The paper develops the ψ-Lagrangian, derives the Euler–Lagrange equations for Δψ and Ξ, formulates the spectral structure of retention, and defines the ψ-manifold — a pre-geometric topology based on asymptotic equivalence rather than spatial coordinates. The framework introduces a three-part validation suite: Λψ–CGP (Cosmic Growth Plateau Protocol), Ξ–TPP (Ξ-Node Topological Persistence Protocol), ψ-LUX NVL (Laboratory Non-Violation Protocol), and the universal Ψ-NVP standard ensuring that retentional measurements do not degrade structural identity. ψ-RFT provides a coherent architecture of persistence applicable across cosmology, early structural organisation, and non-violative AI, offering a formal bridge between dynamic physics and structural endurance.
